I. Send your purchase order to us by e-mail or fax(see "Contact").
The purchase order should include the following details:
1) List the product that you would like to add to your collection
by its serial number, title and publisher.
2) Select the delivery service that you prefer to be served(see "Delivery").
3) Confirm the way that you prefer to pay us(see "Payment").
4) Give us your detailed postal address and your contact phone.
They are very important to ensure delivery.
5) Give us your purchase order number if available.
II. A proforma invoice will be sent to you together with our bank account
and postal address by e-mail or fax(if required).
III. When you receive the proforma invoice please confirm the details described
in it and remit the payment to us. Usually a prepayment is required.
IV. The package will be sent to you as soon as we receive the payment or a payable bank check.
A definite invoice in triplicate will be sent to you together with the package.
